OLD PEOPLE & THE PROLIFERATION OF JUNK MAIL Honestly though, how many times have your parents come to you with some junk mail scheme about gift cards, free laptops or my personal favorite, Mr. Rogers navy seal record. It makes no sense to me coming from a generation that in general seems to have a blind faith in technology, the media, and occasionally our government (although this thankfully is changing). How are we able to easily detect the this false messages while our parents, the pillars of wisdom, constantly get sucked into these things…even sharing this misinformation at cocktail parties. suckers.
